How do I become a Member? |
|
Becoming a Member with KidKontest.com is very simple. The entire process is broken down into 3 easy steps and normally takes a user about 5 mins to complete. First you shall have to enter some basic information about yourself. This step would be followed up by the Billing Option step where you would have to choose the Billing Plan you wish to subscribe to. On the third step you would be asked to pay with your credit card on our secure server.

How do I pay? |
|
When you are signing up to become a member it will let you pay using Paypal. We accept all major credit cards and online checks.

How long does it take to become a Member? |
|
As soon as your payment is approved, you will be a member of Kidkontest.

Who is eligible to become a Member? |
|
Any one over the age of 18 can become a member of Kidkontest. In order to submit a picture of a child, you have to be their parent or legal guardian or have written consent from the parent or legal guardian.
Children under 10 are eligible to be entered.

What is your Privacy Policy? |

Any information provided to the Company through participation with the Contest is used by the Company and participating sponsors to communicate with the Contestant, either through e mail, post or other communication as needed. The contact and personal information of the Contestant is never sold, rented, nor otherwise given away or distributed. Please see the Terms for complete detalis.

What billing plans are available? |
|
We have 4 monthly plans available:
One-kid plan: $9.95 (one active kid at a time)
Two-kid plan: $12.95
Four-kid plan: $14.95
FREE MEMBRSHIP - This membership allows you to enter one kid in each contest. There is currently a prize limit of $50/month with this membership.
You can cancel at any time, with no further obligation.

After My Kid's Picture is Approved, How do I vote? |
|
Once your kid's picture is approved, it will be entered into the first available contest.
After you log into your account in the member area, there is a link you can send to your friends, by your kid's picture (the link will be something like: http://www.kidkontest.com/index.asp?kid_id=80 ).
You can use that link to see/vote for your kid as soon as they are in a contest.

How Does the Affiliate/Referral Program Work? |
|
When you sign up, you refer people to KidKotest, and you receive a commission from their membership fee.
You also get a referral commission from people who sign up when you send them the link to vote for your kids.

How much will I make with the Affiliate/Referral Program? |
|
The amount you make will vary, based on your efforts, and those below you.
Your results and the actual results achieved by those below you will vary.
Also, as there is not an unlimited number of people who may use the service, it is possible that eventually everyone who is going to sign up, will have done so, which would, of course, affect your chances of gaining referrals.
The current (approximate) number of households that are potential KidKontest users is over 8 Million in the US alone.

How often can I change my kid's picture? |
|
You can change pictures for each contest, if you'd like, or just leave the same photo and it will automatically carry over to the next contest.

How many tmes can I vote? |
|
You can vote for each child once per day (per contest). You can vote for a child you have a direct link to (your child or a friend's that has sent you their link) once every hour or so.
Thus it benefits you to send your child's link to your friends and family, so they can vote as many times as they are allowed.
Duplicate votes are not counted (votes placed within a shorter time frame than allowed).

Why does it say there are no kids to vote on? |
|
When you get a message stating that there are no kids to vote on, you have voted the maximum number of times for the kids in that contest.
You can try another contest (if there is another running), or return to cast your votes again tomorrow.
